AEGIS zielt darauf ab, Ihr System gegen Denial-of-Service-Angriffe durch eine effiziente Verarbeitung von Paketen im Benutzerraum zu schützen. Es wurde im Rahmen eines Softwareprojektes an der TU Ilmenau entwickelt.
